Manufacturer Defect Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All FloxyLuxe purchases are covered by our Manufacturer Defect Warranty for 21 days after delivery. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@floxyluxe.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess the defect and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@floxyluxe.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired size.
- Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship out the exchanged item at no additional cost to you.
Warranty Exclusions
Please note that our Manufacturer Defect Warranty does not cover:
- Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or accidents.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products that have been altered or modified.
- Issues caused by improper sizing (please refer to our sizing chart before ordering).
Delivery Information and Returned Packages
Please ensure accurate address details during checkout to avoid delays or returned packages. We cannot process refunds for incorrect addresses. If your order is returned due to this reason, a reshipping fee will apply.
