Shipping Options & Costs

Nigeria:
- Lagos & Benin City: Same-day delivery available.
- Pickup: Available at our store in Lagos and Benin City.
- Other States: Standard shipping options with estimated delivery times provided at checkout.
Order Processing
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order. Orders placed after 2 PM CAT will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
- Lagos & Benin City: Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days.
- Other Nigerian States: Delivery may take 2-5 working days.
We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can follow its progress.

Product Lifespan
Our products are designed to be durable and long-lasting. Excessive heat or cold exposure may temporarily affect their effectiveness, but should not cause permanent damage. For optimal results, we recommend using products within two years of manufacture or six months after opening.

FloxyLuxe is committed to cruelty-free practices. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development and only partner with vendors who uphold the same standards.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Please contact us at info@floxyluxe.com within three days of receiving your order.
You will be refunded in full to your original payment method (excluding original shipping charges). You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Debit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
